Build & drive Technology & P&L for a team of Wireless & Telco Consultants.
Conception/creation/installation/management of a Services Delivery Platform (SDP) for Telcos to evolve into an Oracle Product.

• 4.5m€ Consulting fees to Telenor over 3 years.
• SDP currently exists as an Oracle Product.
  • Pre-product support structure setup in Amman for Telenor with negotiated SLA's
• Introduction of Mobile Applications & SaaS to Oracle in Redwood Shores.
• Professional services team creation/Technical direction/motivation & financial management for 3 EMEA Delivery centers (France, Poland & Jordan).
