A small, French company (SARL) that had a great run. After 1 years independent consulting with Tangoe, TEMteam was created in 2010 with the expressed purpose of providing services to larger TEM companies.
TEMteam successfully partnered with such other TEM companies as Asentinel, Quickcomm, Avema in the US as well as Anatole and Neoditel in France.
By working on other companies projects, TEMteam was unburdened by marketing and sales.
In 2012, Chris was hired away from TEMteam to lead Vodafone/Quickcomms nacent, TEM program.
Today, Chris is working more as an independent, advisory consultant in a variety of roles and activities.
- Helping Corporations to integrate their Financial Expense Management requirements into their own operations.
- Assisting other TEM companies in their business practices as well as service delivery
Additional advisory work with Telecom Operators will include:
- Digital ID advisory (big 2017 program w/ Banks & Insurance)
- IoT (equally large 2017 program but beware of setting up in a centralized services paradigm)
- 5G Systemic and Infrastructural modeling relative to IoT and other service offerings
- Building Agile methodology paradigms & COE’s
Services included strategy, pre-sales, audit, optimization, program management, project management and service management itself.
